AEROBICS CLASSES CONDITIONING CLASSES
New! Spinning Classes - Back by popular demand! In this class you will NEW!Washboard Abs – A fabulous workout of abdominal and lower back with the purpose of sculpting your middle body.
DANCE AEROBICS - An exciting and challenging cardio class that will keep you moving to the latest sounds including cutting edge jazz, hip-hop, and funk. Geared for the intermediate and advanced participant, this class helps improve coordination and body awareness.

MIND AND BODY CLASSES

CREATIVE CARDIO - Colmbines aerobic movements using a step and sports specific exercises using a jump rope for a challenging cardiovascular workout. NEW! PILATES MAT – This class uses Pilates exercise techniques that focus on the core muscle groups with emphasis on abdominal and back muscles to help improve posture and create firmer and sleeker abs.
  YOGA - Stretch, energize and relax while learning basic Hatha Yoga postures with an emphasis on correct body positioning.
